SHIPPING POLICY

At Aetheria Candle Co., we strive to make shipping simple and affordable so you can enjoy our handcrafted candles without hassle. We charge a flat rate of $5 for all standard shipping on orders under $45, and we offer free standard shipping on orders of $45 or more. We currently ship anywhere within the US, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

If an item is in stock, we process and ship it within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Once shipped, typical transit times range from 4-7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please keep in mind that holidays, severe weather, or high order volumes may occasionally extend shipping times.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Aetheria Candle Co., we are happy to accept returns on unused and unopened merchandise within 15 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email [your email address] with "Return Authorization" in the subject line, along with your order number. Returns must include proof of purchase, such as an order number, confirmation email, or store receipt.

Please note that Aetheria Candle Co. does not cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid shipping labels. Customers are responsible for shipping their returns, and we strongly recommend including tracking information in your return email so we can verify and monitor the return process. We are not responsible for lost returns—proof of return is only valid if tracking confirms delivery to Aetheria Candle Co. Refunds will cover the cost of the returned item but do not include original shipping fees.

If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help within 15 days of receiving your item. Please email [your email address] with your order details. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please include photographs of the product when requesting a replacement or refund.

Final Sale Items: Sale items, bundles, discontinued products, gift certificates, custom pieces, and third-party items not produced by Aetheria Candle Co. are final sale and cannot be returned. Items without proof of purchase are non-refundable.
